Abstract

本案公开了一种用于扬声器的耐疲劳振动板,其至少包括有聚丙烯腈、铁树树浆和碳纤维的组合。本案通过对传统振动板的材料配方进行改进,引入的树浆和改性纤维有效了克服了现有技术中振动板耐湿性较低的缺陷,并且,由于树浆和纤维的共同改进,使得振动板具有优秀的结构强度、耐腐蚀性能和耐疲劳性能,使扬声器可以长期在全频段保有较好的饱满度,从而极大地抑制了扬声器的失真,提高了扬声器的音质。
The invention discloses a fatigue-resistant vibrating plate for a loudspeaker. The fatigue-resistant vibrating plate at least comprises a combination of polyacrylonitrile, sago cycas pulp and carbon fiber. According to the scheme, a material formula of a conventional vibrating plate is improved, and the sago cycas pulp and modified fiber are introduced, so that the defect of poor moisture resistance of the vibrating plate in the prior art is overcome effectively. Moreover, the sago cycas pulp and the fiber are improved together, so that the vibrating plate has superior structural strength, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, and the loudspeaker can keep relatively high fullness for a long time on a full band. Thus, distortion of the loudspeaker is restrained greatly, and the tone quality of the loudspeaker is enhanced.
