Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于散热器生产的自检测夹具,包括夹板及嵌入夹板内的监控装置,其特征在于,还包括一个电气控制系统,所述的电气控制系统通过Profibus现场总线对行程监控装置采集的行程及压力信号进传送到PLC,PLC对信号进行处理比较。所述的监控装置为行程开关和半导体压电阻抗扩散压力传感器。本发明监控装置是一种无需与运动部件进行机械直接接触而可以操作的位置开关,当物体接近开关的感应面到动作距离时,不需要机械接触及施加任何压力即可使开关动作,从而驱动直流电器或给计算机(plc)装置提供控制指令,具有安全性高,实用性强,使用寿命长的优点,适合加工中心对大型零件的安全操作。
The invention discloses a self-detecting clamp for production of a heat radiator. The self-detecting clamp comprises a clamping plate and a monitoring device which is embedded inside the clamping plate; the self-detecting clamp is characterized by also comprising an electrical control system; the electrical control system is used for transmitting travel and pressure signals acquired by a travel monitoring device to a PLC (programmable logic controller) via a Profibus; the PLC is used for processing and comparing the signals. The monitoring device consists of a travel switch and a semiconductor piezoelectric impedance diffusion pressure sensor. According to the self-detecting clamp disclosed by the invention, the monitoring device is a position switch which can be operated without having mechanical direct contact with a moving component; when an object approaches to a sensing surface of the switch in an action distance, the switch can act without mechanical contact or application of any pressure, so that a direct-current electric appliance can be driven or a computer (plc) device can be provided with a control instruction; the self-detecting clamp has the advantages of high safety, high practicability and long service life and is applicable to safe operation of a processing center on large parts.
