Abstract

The invention provides a method for preventing a turbine blade from water erosion through wire heating and laser cladding. The method includes the steps that firstly, the blade is clamped to laser cladding equipment, and the upper limit of wire heating voltage is set to be 10 V; the laser spot and power are adjusted and well set, the welding wire end head of a straightening device makes contact with a workpiece and is placed in the center of the laser spot, shielding gas is started, and lasers are started after 2 seconds to 3 seconds; when 0.5 second to 0.8 second passes after the lasers are started, a wire heating current is started, and wires are conveyed; and the numerical control equipment does not start to move until wire conveying operation lasts for 0.6 second to 1 second, cladding is started, the numerical control equipment is stopped firstly at the end of cladding, wire conveying operation is stopped when 0.5 second to 0.8 second passes after the numerical control equipment is stopped, the lasers are stopped after 0.7 second to 1 second, the shielding gas is stopped after 4 seconds to 5 seconds, and the operation is repeated for other gates by the adoption of the proper overlapping rate till a cladding groove is piled up with the wires. The method for preventing the turbine blade from water erosion through wire heating and laser cladding has the beneficial effects that cladding efficiency is improved greatly, the quality of the cladding surface is improved, and pores generated in the cladding process are eliminated; and higher flexibility is achieved.
本发明提供了一种汽轮机叶片激光热丝熔覆防水蚀方法,该方法首先将叶片装夹至激光熔覆设备,热丝电压上限设定为10V。调整设定好激光光斑及功率,将通过校直器的焊丝端头与工件接触并置于激光光斑中心,启动保护气,2~3s后开启激光,激光开启后0.5~0.8s,开启热丝电流并送丝,送丝0.6~1s后数控设备开始移动,熔覆开始,熔覆到末端时首先数控设备停止,数控设备停止后0.5~0.8s后停止送丝,0.7~1s后停止激光,4~5s后停止保护气,采用合适的搭接率重复其他道次直至堆满熔覆坡口。上述汽轮机叶片激光热丝熔覆防水蚀方法不仅大幅提高熔覆效率,改善熔覆表面质量,消除熔覆气孔;而且具有较强的灵活性。
