Abstract

The invention provides a testing fixture of a run-out degree of a connecting groove at an air outlet end of a turbine casing of a supercharger. The testing fixture can improve detection efficiency and reduce detection cost. The testing fixture comprises a reference base, and the air outlet end of the turbine casing of the supercharger is provided with the connecting groove and installation holes which are uniformly arranged in the circumference of the connecting groove. The testing fixture is characterized in that the reference base is provided with a positioning seat which matches the connecting groove at the air outlet end of the turbine casing of the supercharger, and positioning holes which correspond to the installation holes at the air outlet end of the turbine casing of the supercharger; positioning pins are inserted into the positioning holes; the circumference of the reference base is provided with three or more detection mechanisms; each detection mechanism comprises a detection seat, a reference block and a measurement meter, the detection seat is fixed on the reference base, the reference block supports the inner side of the detection seat, and the two lateral sides of the inner side face of the reference block are respectively provided with positioning projections; and when the detection seats of the detection mechanisms rotate in different directions from the turbine casing of the supercharger, the outer edge surfaces at the air inlet end are arranged in parallel.
本发明提供了增压器涡轮壳的出气端连接槽的跳动度的检具,其能提高检测效率,降低了检测成本。其包括基准座,增压器涡轮壳的出气端设有连接槽以及均匀设置于连接槽周向的安装孔,其特征在于:基准座上设置有与增压器涡轮壳的出气端连接槽相配合的定位座,基准座上设有与增压器涡轮壳的出气端安装孔对应的定位孔,定位孔内插装有定位销,基准座周向设有检测机构,检测机构的数量≥3组,各检测机构的检测座与增压器涡轮壳旋转于不同方向时其进气端的外缘面平行设置,检测机构包括检测座、基准块和测量表,检测座固定于基准座上,基准块支撑于检测座内侧,基准块的内侧面的横向两侧设有定位凸起。
