Abstract

The present invention discloses a Tie Guanyin application based tea cake processing technology. Tie Guanyin tea base is obtained by tea harvesting, sunning, air-drying, shaking, air-drying and stirring after realizing enzyme deactivating; a wrapping and rolling mechanism is arranged to wrap and roll the tea base into curled shapes; a baking mechanism is arranged to drying and dehydrating the shaped tea base; charcoal is used to roast the tea base and the mouthfeel of the tea base is satisfied after three times of charcoal baking and freezing; and the charcoal baked and frozen Tie Guanyin tea leaves are subjected to steaming and mold pressing to obtain the Tie Guanyin tea cakes, and the Tie Guanyin tea cakes are baked, dried and shaped again. The processing technology can be applied in various Tie Guanyin tea and the Tieguanyin tea leaves can be prepared into the tea cakes willfully. The tea cake is unique in tea fragrance, convenient in tea brewing, simple in technology, and convenient in processing and manufacturing, and can be promoted and applied in a wide range. The tea making technology is scientific in processes and advanced, and finished products of the prepared tea are high in quality.
本发明公开的基于铁观音应用的茶饼加工工艺,依次通过採青、晒青、晾青、摇青、晾青及炒青实现杀青处理后获得铁观音茶胚;设置包揉机构将上述茶胚实现包揉使得茶胚卷曲成型;设置烘烤机构将上述成型的茶胚烘焙干燥使其脱水;采用木炭焙制上述茶胚,经三次炭焙与冷冻满足茶叶口感;将经炭焙与冷冻后获得的铁观音茶叶经蒸汽、模压后获得铁观音茶饼,再次烘焙干燥后定型。应用于多种铁观音茶类,可将任意铁观音茶叶制作成茶饼,且茶香独特,泡茶方便;工艺简单,便于加工制作,可大范围推广应用;制茶工艺流程科学、先进,且制茶成品品质高。
